Crispy Chocolate Chip Cookies

These are staple chocolate chip cookies. I made these cookies with almond flour, and they were crispy. Everybody is happy to receive them as a gift.

Ingredients: 40 ~ 50 pieces

50 g
Powdered sugar or caster sugar
50 g
Egg yolk
Almond flour
30 g
Cake flour
100 g
Chocolate chips
30 g


1. Add butter and sugar in a bowl, and mix. Add egg yolk, and mix some more.
2. Add almond flour, and mix.
3. Sift in the cake flour and fold in with a spatula until there are some flour streaks.
4. Add chocolate chips and mix. Now the dough is done.
5. Divide the dough into 2, wrap in plastic wraps, then shape into rolls. Let sit in the freezer overnight. I also made a dough with cocoa powder.
6. Slice into 5 mm. Place on a baking sheet, and bake for about 16 minutes at 170℃ / 340℉.
7. Done.
