Pork Belly Ginger Stir-fry

An easy ginger pork stir fry made with thinly sliced pork belly.

Ingredients: 3-4 servings

Thinly sliced pork belly
400g
Onion
1/2
Green peppers
3
Sauce
Grated ginger
1 thumb
Soy sauce
4 tablespoons
Honey
1 tablespoon
Cooking sake
4 tablespoons
Sesame oil
2 tablespoons

Steps

1. Cut the pork into bite-sized pieces, thinly slice the onion, and macerate for an hour in the sauce.
2. Heat a pan coated with sesame oil and fry the mixture from step 1. When the meat has cooked through, add the finely sliced green pepper and fry again.
3. When the pepper has wilted, it's done!
