Tender Pan Fried Chicken Breast Marinated in Mayonnaise and Yogurt

When you marinate chicken breast meat in yogurt it becomes very tender.

Ingredients: 2 servings

Chicken breast
1
* Plain yogurt
2 tablespoons
* Mayonnaise
1 tablespoon
* Soy sauce
1 tablespoon
* Mirin
1 tablespoon
* Garlic
1 clove
Salt and pepper
to taste
Vegetable oil
as needed

Steps

1. Pierce the chicken breast several times with a fork, and slice on the diagonal into bite size pieces. Season with salt and pepper.
2. Peel the garlic and crush it. Put the ingredients marked * (plain yogurt, mayonnaise, soy sauce, mirin, garlic) in a plastic freezer bag. Add the chicken and massage over the bag to help the flavors penetrate.
3. The remaining yogurt will be used to make a sauce. Marinate the chicken in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
4. Heat some oil in a frying pan, and pan fry the chicken. Start at high heat to brown the meat, then lower to continue cooking it through.
5. When both sides are golden brown and the chicken is cooked through, it's done!
6. I made a sauce with the remaining yogurt.
