Chikuwa with Japanese Mustard and Soy Sauce

This is an easy bento dish with addictive spicy Japanese mustard.

Ingredients: 1 bento cup

Chikuwa
1
Soy sauce
1 teaspoon
Japanese mustard (tubed)
1/2 teaspoon
Sesame seeds
to taste

Steps

1. Combine the soy sauce and Japanese mustard. Cut the chikuwa diagonally.
2. Stir-fry the chikuwa in a pan.
3. Mix the chikuwa with the dressing from Step 1 and sesame seeds.
