Banana Vinegar for Dieting

This is my mother's successful diet recipe.

Ingredients: 1 container (about 450 ml)

Sugar (I used brown sugar)
100 g
Vinegar (whatever you have)
180 - 190 ml (to taste)


1. Peel the banana and cut into 1 cm round slices. Or just leave it whole.
2. Put the sugar, sliced banana, and vinegar, in that order, into a microwave-safe dish that can hold 450 ml.
3. Without covering, microwave the dish for 40 seconds at 600 W or for 1 minute at 500 W.
4. Let it sit at room temperature for 12 hours, and then it's done. Remove the bananas after 1 week.
