Peel the banana and cut into 1 cm round slices. Or just leave it whole.
Put the sugar, sliced banana, and vinegar, in that order, into a microwave-safe dish that can hold 450 ml.
Without covering, microwave the dish for 40 seconds at 600 W or for 1 minute at 500 W.
Let it sit at room temperature for 12 hours, and then it's done. Remove the bananas after 1 week.

Everyday I can see the effects of this improving my skin. I drink 2 tablespoons mixed with water, milk, or yogurt everyday. To store, after it is made, keep it in the refrigerator. Remove the bananas after 1 week.
