Tofu and Avocado Salad with Fragrant Basil Dressing

A smooth tofu and avocado salad with crispy vegetables and fragrant basil dressing.

Ingredients: 2 servings

about 4 ~ 5 leaves
Firm tofu
1/2 block
For the dressing
◇Basil (minced)
5 leaves
◇Olive oil
2 tablespoons
◇White wine vinegar (or vinegar)
2 tablespoons
◇Soy sauce
1 tablespoon
2 tablespoons
◇Lemon juice
1 tablespoon
a small amount
◇Black pepper
a small amount


1. Briefly wash the lettuce, and shred into pieces. Slice the onion with a slicer, and soak in salted water.
2. Make the dressing. Add ◇ ingredients to a large bowl, and mix.
3. Cut the tofu and avocado into bite-size pieces, put into the bowl with the dressing, then mix.
4. Drain lettuce and onion, and serve on a plate. Put Step 3 mixed ingredients with the dressing on top, and it's done.

I wanted to make a dish with basil from my garden, and this salad was one of the ideas.
