Roast Chicken Wings

An easy-to-cook recipe and also inexpensive. Just marinate the chicken wings in the sauce and roast them in the oven. A perfect dish for guests.


Chicken drumettes - the first joint of a chicken wing
*Soy sauce
3 tablespoons
3 tablespoons
1 tablespoon
*Sesame oil
1 tablespoon
1 teaspoon
*Green onions
about 30cm
*Grated ginger and grated garlic
to taste


1. Cut the chicken wings along the bone using kitchen scissors.
2. Using a bowl or a plastic bag, mix *ingredients well. Put chicken wings in it, and leave it to marinate for more than 15 minutes while mixing it a few times. Preheat the oven to 200°C.
3. Remove excess moisture from the chicken wings with a paper towel and place them with the skin side up on a cooking sheet. Roast the wings for about 18 minutes.
