Baked Tomatoes with Beans & Cheese

These tomatoes are stuffed with nutritious and flavorful ingredients. A simple and fun menu item.

Ingredients: 2 servings

Kraft sliced cheddar cheese
8 slices (65 g)
Mixed beans (boiled)
20 g
Sliced ham
1 slice
1 tablespoon
Salt and pepper
to taste


1. Use 4 slices of cheese as-is and cut the remaining slices into 5 mm cubes.
2. Cut the sliced ham into 5 mm cubes.
3. Combine the diced cheese from Step 1, the ham from Step 2, the mixed beans, and the mayonnaise. Season with salt and pepper.
4. Remove the stems from the tomatoes and cut in half.
5. Place the tomatoes with the cut side facing up and top with the mixture from Step 3.
6. Top with the remaining slices of cheese and bake in the toaster oven for 3 minutes.
7. Arrange on a dish. Garnish with parsley or black pepper to taste.
