A beef tataki salad with sweet and delicious sauce.
This recipe is super easy and as the serving size is small, it's perfect for appetizers.

1. Rub the ○ seasoning into the beef and rest for about 30 minutes in room temperature. Slice the onions thinly and soak into water.
2. Combine all the ● ingredients and mix well.
3. Heat a small amount of vegetable oil and butter in a pan. Brown the beef over middle heat (all 4 sides, about 40 to 50 seconds each).
4. Remove the meat and wrap in aluminum foil. When it's cooled down, put it in a plastic bag and chill in the refrigerator.
5. Slice the cold meat. Drain the water thoroughly from the onion and transfer to a serving dish. Arrange the meat and the vegetables of your choice. Serve with the sauce and it's done.
