Light and Airy Fried Squid

Just whirl in a blender, and you have light and airy fried squid.

Ingredients: 2 servings

* Onion
* Katakuriko
2 tablespoons
* Egg
* Soy sauce
1 teaspoon
* Mayonnaise
1 tablespoon
* Ginger
To taste


1. Peel the squid skin and chop into sections. Pat dry very well.
2. Roughly chop the onion. Put the squid and the * ingredients in a blender or food processor. If you want to leave some texture of the squid, don't blend too much.
3. The mixture may seem soggy, but it's ok! Drop spoonfuls in hot oil to fry.
4. The squid balls are already flavored, but you can sprinkle salt. Pack in bentos.

I used frozen squid I bought on sale. I wanted pack it in my bento, and I thought that if I turned them into ball they'd be handy.
