Fragrant with Sesame Oil - Onigiri (Rice Balls) with Dashida Soup Stock

The umami of dashida, the delightful texture of sesame seeds and the aroma of the sesame oil is irresistible. I call these Korean style onigiri!

Ingredients

Plain cooked rice
1 heaping bowlful
Dashida
1 teaspoon
Sesame oil
1/2 teaspoon
Sesame seeds
2 teaspoons
Nori seaweed (Korean nori seaweed if you have it )
2 sheets

Steps

1. Mix all the ingredients.
2. Form into rice balls, wrap in nori and enjoy!
