For Your Lunchbox Sesame Shichimi Pork Patties

For Your Lunchbox Sesame Shichimi Pork Patties

Let it cool and pack in your lunchbox. The aroma of sesame makes it so delicious. You don't even have to pick up a knife, so this is great to make when you are busy.

Ingredients: 5~6 small patties

*Ground pork
*Beaten egg
1 tablespoon
*Oyster sauce
2 teaspoons
*Sesame oil
1/2 teaspoon
2 pinches
Toasted sesame seeds
to taste
Shichimi spice
as needed
Vegetable oil
as needed

1. Combine all the * ingredients. Form into small hamburger patties.
2. Sprinkle each patty with sesame seeds, shichimi spice, and katakuriko. You can also add the shichimi spice to the meat mixture before forming if you'd prefer, but even if you choose to do so, make sure to sprinkle on the surface before frying too.
3. Heat oil in a pan. Cook the patties on both sides, and when they turn golden brown, it's done. They cook quickly, so be careful with the heat.
4. If you pack these in your lunchbox, bring a small container of ponzu sauce to dress them.
