Scrambled Tofu In No Time

There's no need to drain the water from the tofu! You can make this dish in an instant whenever you like!

Ingredients: 2 servings

150 g
Sesame oil
to taste
1 teaspoon
Mentsuyu (3x concentrate)
a bit less than 1 tablespoon
Ground sesame seeds
1 tablespoon
Black toasted sesame seeds
To taste


1. Finely julienne the carrot.
2. Put some sesame oil in a frying pan, add the carrot and stir fry until the oil has coated the carrot.
3. Add the tofu to Step 2, crumble it quickly and stir fry so that it gets mixed in with the carrot.
4. When it's well mixed, add the sugar and mentsuyu and stir fry over high heat, so that the moisture evaporates.
5. When most of the moisture is gone lower the heat to medium, add the ground sesame seeds and mix. When it's all heated through, it's done.
6. Scatter on some toasted black sesame seeds to taste.
