Put some sesame oil in a frying pan, add the carrot and stir fry until the oil has coated the carrot.
Add the tofu to Step 2, crumble it quickly and stir fry so that it gets mixed in with the carrot.
When it's well mixed, add the sugar and mentsuyu and stir fry over high heat, so that the moisture evaporates.
When most of the moisture is gone lower the heat to medium, add the ground sesame seeds and mix. When it's all heated through, it's done.
Scatter on some toasted black sesame seeds to taste.

-The flavoring is on the sweet side. Please adjust it to your taste. -A lot of water will come out of the tofu, so stir fry over high heat to make it evaporate fast. If the heat it too low it the result will be too wet.
