An Easy Cafe-style Rice Bowl with Avocado and Pork

The pork is boiled, so it is simple and healthy.
Mix in the soft egg and enjoy.

Warm cooked rice
about 2 rice bowls
Pork (thinly sliced or other kind)
White sesame seeds
1 teaspoon
Green onion or shredded seaweed (optional)
to your liking
Sauce for teriyaki
★Soy sauce
1 tablespoon
1 tablespoon
1 tablespoon
1/2 heaping tablespoon
Mayonnaise for finishing
to your liking

1. Boil hot water in a small pot and boil bite-size pork. When the color of the pork changes, it's cooked. Drain in a sieve.
2. Wash the small pot you used in Step 1 and put in all ★ ingredients in. Keep stirring until the sauce thickens and comes to a boil on middle to high heat.
3. Plate cooked rice and transfer the pork from step 1 to the plate. Arrange cubed avocado and lay a soft boiled egg (or an egg yolk) in the middle.
4. Top with white sesame seeds, mayonnaise, green onion or shredded seaweed. Pour the sauce from Step 2 right before eating and mix it while enjoying it.
