Healthy Blueberry Yogurt Muffins

These are healthy muffins which contains only a moderate amount of butter, so even people who don't like sweets can eat them too.

Ingredients: 6 muffins

Cake flour
200 g
Baking powder
1 1/2 teaspoon
40-50 g
1/2 teaspoon
●Plain yogurt
200 g
●Unsalted butter (margarine)
40 g
about 90 g


1. Melt the butter in a microwave. Preheat the oven to 220℃.
2. Combine the dry ingredients in a bowl, and mix well. You don't need to sift!
3. Add the ● ingredients into a separate bowl, and mix well.
4. Add the Step 3 mixture into the Step 2 mixture, and fold it in with a cutting motion. It's ok even if the mixture is still a bit floury at this point.
5. Pour the batter into the muffin cups, and bake in the oven for about 20 minutes, then they're done.
