Healthy Tofu Doria with Tofu Sauce

This doria is packed with vegetables and uses an easy tofu sauce instead of the usual cream sauce. This healthy doria is great when you're on a diet.

Ingredients: 2 servings

Hot cooked rice
2 servings
Green pepper
Wiener sausages
1 teaspoon
Easy melting cheese
2 slices
For the tofu sauce:
Silken tofu
1 block
● Consommé soup stock granules
1 tablespoon
● Mayonnaise
1 teaspoon
● Sugar
1/2 teaspoon
● Salt
a pinch
● Pepper
a small amount


1. Thinly slice the onion, green pepper, and Wiener sausages.
2. Break the tofu into bite-sized pieces with your hands. Put them into a heatproof container and microwave for 3 minutes. Transfer into a sieve and drain lightly.
3. Put the drained tofu and the ● seasoning ingredients into a bowl. Mix as you mash the tofu with a fork.
4. Thinly grease a gratin dish with butter. Layer the ingredients in this order: rice, tofu sauce, other fillings (onion, green pepper, Wiener sausages), and cheese.
5. Bake in the oven for 13 minutes until the cheese browns. Voilà.
6. There's so much sauce inside and it tastes amazing.
