Coffee & Chocolate Scones with Pancake Mix

Make easy scones with pancake mix. They're turn out nice and fragrant from the coffee. These are scones that will loved even by people without sweet-tooths!

Ingredients

Pancake mix
200 g
Butter
50 g
Milk
50 ml
Instant coffee
2 to 3 tablespoons
Chocolate (I suggest using "Ghana" chocolate from Lotte)
1 box

Steps

1. Here is the instant coffee and chocolate that I used! (Also good with dark chocolate!)
2. Break up the chocolate into individual blocks, then chop each in half.
3. Add instant coffee to the pancake mix.
4. Stir with a whisk.
5. Add softened butter and fold in a cutting motion.
6. Add milk and mix! Also fold in the chopped chocolate and gather the dough into one large lump.
7. Transfer onto a sheet of parchment paper-lined baking tray.
8. Cut into eighths with a knife. Bake in the oven for 25 minutes at 170°C/338°F.
