Easy! Pork with Umeboshi Pickled Plum Sauce

This is the recipe using Japanese pickled plums that's good for your body. Just cook the pork, mix the sauce and heat. A light dish that's perfect during the hot summer.

Ingredients: 2 servings

Thin sliced or any kind of pork
200 g
Flour
a little
Salt and pepper
a pinch
Vegetable oil
as needed
For the umeboshi sauce
Umeboshi
1 (about 15 g or 10 g without the pit)
Mirin
1 1/2 tablespoons
Sake
1 tablespoon
Soy sauce
1/2 teaspoon

Steps

1. Sprinkle salt and pepper on the pork and leave for 10 minutes. Then thinly coat with flour.
2. Heat a pan and coat with oil (skip if using a non-stick pan). Cook the pork on both sides. Transfer to a plate.
3. Mince the umeboshi with a knife. Mix the ingredients for the sauce in a microwave-safe bowl and microwave or boil in a pot.
4. Pour the sauce on the meat and serve.
