Soft and Wobbly Orange Jelly

I made this jiggly jelly with 100% orange juice You can make this dessert justing just one bowl in no time.

Ingredients: 2 ~ 3 servings

100% orange juice
350 ml
Gelatin powder
5 g
Water (for soaking the gelatin powder)
50 ml
※Sugar (optional - I didn't use any)


1. Have the orange juice at room temperature (over 20℃ / 68°F) Soak the gelatin in water in a heatproof bowl.
2. Microwave the gelatin from Step 1 for about 1 minute at 500 W, and dissolve completely Add the juice while mixing [↓Refer to the Helpful hints.]
3. Chill the mixture in the fridge for 1/2 ~ 1 day Once it's hardened, stir with a spoon until the texture is to your liking.
4. Serve it in a glass bowl I garnished mine with mint leaves If you make it a little loose, it'll be "Drinking jelly"
5. It's convenient to make it directly in a measuring cup. Tip; In Step 2, when you add the orange juice to the dissolved gelatin, pour up to the 400 ml mark to make it easier.
