Beat the egg and mix it with the milk, condensed milk, and Calpico in a shallow container.
Let the bread soak in the egg mixture on both sides.
Heat a frying pan and melt some butter (not listed). Fry the bread on low heat until golden brown.
Turn the bread over, cover with a lid, and fry slowly on low heat.
Transfer to a plate. Mix the ingredients together and pour onto the french toast to taste. Enjoy!

My son wasn't feeling too well and wasn't eating anything but fruit. I thought that maybe if I made his favorite french toast, he might eat it. With that in mind, I made this light french toast that I made many years ago!
I used normal Calpico, but it's probably fine with flavored versions as well. The french toast has a subtle sweetness that is delicious on its own, but give the Calpico and condensed milk topping a try! It's delicious and refreshingly sweet!
