Chilled Tomato and Tuna Somen Noodles

Chilled tomatoes and tuna are a perfect match. This is an easy, refreshing, low-calorie dish.

Ingredients: 1 serving

Somen noodles
1 bunch
Cherry tomatoes

Chopped green onions
a small amount

♥ Canned tuna
1 can (80 g)
♥ Olive oil
1 and 1/2 teaspoons
♥ Salt
1 teaspoon
♥ Pepper
1/2 teaspoon
♥ Lemon juice
1 teaspoon
♥ Garlic
1/2 teaspoon
Balsamic vinegar
1 teaspoon

Steps

1. Finely chop the onion and put in a bowl with all the ♥ ingredients. Mix well
2. Cut the cherry tomatoes in half and add to the bowl. Chill in the refrigerator.
3. Cook the somen noodles, drain and rinse then cool in ice water. Drain, put into a bowl and mix with the well chilled ingredients from Step 2.
4. Add the balsamic vinegar and chopped green onions, mix lightly and serve.
