Quiche with Frozen Puff Pastry

It's perfect for breakfast and lunch.
Use whatever you have at hand for fillings and try this recipe.

Ingredients: 18 cm tart pan

Frozen puff pastry
2 sheets
Milk
100 ml
Eggs
2
Wiener sausages
4
Onion
1/4
Spinach
1/2 bunch
Potato
1
Cherry tomatoes
4
Pizza cheese
20 g
Salt and pepper
to taste

Steps

1. Prep: Cut the ingredients for the filling into bite-size pieces. Blanch the spinach and potato (you could use a microwave oven). Bring the frozen pastry to room temperature.
2. In a bowl, combine eggs, milk, pizza cheese, salt and pepper. When the blanched vegetables have cooled enough, add to the bowl.
3. Saute the sausages and onions in a pan and cool to room temperature. Add to the bowl (Step 2) and combine well.
4. Roll out the puff pastry. Line the crusts side by side on a tart pan and press into the bottom and the sides. Poke holes with a fork and pour in the filling mixture and top with cherry tomatoes.
5. Bake in a 390°F/200℃ oven for about 25 minutes and it's done.
6. Enjoy the just baked quiche.
