Sautéed Spinach with Bacon and Eggs

This dish is even more rich and fragrant with grated cheese. It's perfect for breakfast and bentos since it's done in a flash.

Ingredients: 1-2 servings

Boiled spinach
3 bunches
1-2 slices
As needed
Salt and pepper
To taste
Grated cheese
1/2 tablespoon plus


1. Beat the eggs (add milk for a fluffy result). Chop the spinach and bacon into bite-sizes.
2. Melt butter in a frying pan and sauté the bacon. When it's cooked thoroughly, add spinach and sauté briskly. Add salt, pepper, and grated cheese.
3. Gather the cooked ingredients to the side of the pan. Pour the beaten eggs into the open space.
4. When the eggs are soft-set, mix and cook together with the spinach and bacon to finish.
