Cut slits in the pork and pound using the back of the knife, then season with salt and pepper.
Combine the ● ingredients and grate the daikon.
Heat a pan and sear the pork on both sides, Cover with a lid and steam.
Insert a skewer in the meat and if the liquid runs clear, add the ● ingredients and turn off the heat. If the liquid does not run clear, cook a little longer.
Remove the pork from the pan and cut into bite-size pieces. Place the pork on a plate and top with grated daikon.
