Courgette and Chicken with Salt Sauce

Courgette is not only good with tomato or cheese flavour! Try this courgette with salt sauce.

Ingredients: 2 servings

Courgette (zucchini)
1
Chicken thigh meat
200g
Oil
1 teaspoon
Garlic
1 clove
Sake
1 tablespoon
Salt
1/2 teaspoon
Pepper
As much as you like
Sesame oil
1 tablespoon

Steps

1. Slice the courgette into quarter-rounds, and cut the chicken into bite size pieces. Finely chop the garlic.
2. Heat oil in a pan, and stir-fry the garlic until aromatic.
3. Cook the chicken skin side down until golden brown. Turn over and cook the other side.
4. When the chicken is half cooked, add the courgette. Season with sake and salt.
5. When the courgette becomes translucent, add pepper and sesame oil and serve.
