For Summer! Pork Offcuts & Garlic Shoots Stamina Stir Fry

A quick yet voluminous dish for the hot summer season.
For flavoring you only need a bottle of sauce, so it's very simple! Beef, onions, and chives are also delicious.

Ingredients: serves 2

Pork offcuts (thin slices also OK)
150-200 g
Garlic shoots (or onions, etc)
1 bunch
Ebara Yakiniku Sauce
2.5 - 3 tablespoons
Sesame oil
a small amount
Onions or sesame (if you have, decorative)
to taste

1. Wash the garlic shoots and cut into 4 cm.
2. Fry the pork in a heated frying pan.
3. Once the pork has browned, add garlic shoots and saute.
4. Once the shoots have a lightly cooked color, add the sauce. Finish with a bit of sesame oil and it's complete.
5. Also nice with sliced onions and sesame as a topping.
6. I tried making this with beef and chives. Green onions, onions, and cabbage are also delicious.

Story Behind this Recipe

I was chosen as a tester for Ebara brand's sauce, so I used it to enhance a dish I always make for drinking parties.
