Make Delicious Tofu Mayonnaise with Shio Koji♪

Shio koji makes this mayo really delicious. It's a healthy alternative without any sugar or oil. I recommend this mayonnaise for those who have a tendency to get mastitis, for dieters, or for those experimenting with macrobiotic cuisine.


Firm tofu
1 block
1 tablespoon
White miso
1/2 tablespoon
White sesame paste
1/2 tablespoon
1/2 tablespoon
Lemon juice
1/2 teaspoon
Cashew nut powder
1 tablespoon
Garlic (optional)
1 clove


1. Drain out excess moisture from tofu, combine all ingredients in a blender, pulse, then it's done.
