Easy Hands-Off Grilled Spring Rolls

For busy mothers, or new cooks, this recipe is worth checking out. No need to cook the filling before frying. It's easy and healthy. Eat with soy sauce or spicy mustard.

Ingredients: 4-5 servings

*Ground pork
340g
*Garlic chives
1 bunch
*Bean sprouts
1 bag
* Cellophane noodles
50g
*Salt and pepper
a small amount
*Oyster sauce
2 teaspoons
Spring roll wrappers
15 sheets

Steps

1. Cut the garlic chives and glass noodles into 3-5cm lengths. Mix these with the * ingredients. Using your hands, break the bean sprouts into crispy bites and add them.
2. Fill a spring roll wrappers with the mixture from Step 1. Fry in a good amount of oil until they are nice and crispy.
3. Eat the spring rolls with Japanese mustard or soy sauce.

From the time I was little, I thought these were average spring rolls. As it turns out, it was my mother's original recipe. An easy, hands-off recipe for a busy mother.
