Sweet & Salty Stir-fried Eggplant and Tuna

This is super easy. Just use the oil from the canned tuna.
You can cook this quickly!

Ingredients: 3 to 4 servings

Eggplants
3
Canned tuna
1 (80 g)
〇 Cooking sake
2 tablespoons
〇 Water
2 tablespoons
〇 Soy sauce
2 tablespoons
〇 Sugar
1 tablespoon
〇 Mirin
2 teaspoons

Steps

1. Remove the eggplant stems and chop into chunks.
2. Drain the oil from the canned tuna. (Open the lid of the can a little and drain it out slowly)
3. Put the tuna and eggplant in a pan and stir-fry on medium heat.
4. Add the 〇 ingredients.
5. Cover the pan with a lid and cook over low heat. It shouldn't take long.
6. Once cooked, turn the heat to high and boil.
