Ingredients: 4 servings

・Bean sprouts
120 g
・Ground sesame seeds
1 tablespoon
・Soy sauce
1 tablespoon
・Vinegar
1 teaspoon
・Maple syrup
1 teaspoon
・Salt
a small amount

Steps

1. Stir-fry the bean sprouts for about 5 minutes.
2. Transfer into a sieve, and let them cool at room temperature.
3. Mix the ground sesame seeds, soy sauce, vinegar, maple syrup, and salt in a bowl.
4. Place the bean sprouts in a separate bowl, and pour in the Step 3 dressing, then mix well.
