Keema Curry

This keema curry is made with plenty of vegetables, and it increases your stamina!! The saffron rice is also easy, so give it a try!

Ingredients: 3 ~ 4 servings

Ground meat
300 g
Garlic
1 clove
Onion
1/2
Carrot
1/2
Eggplant (slim Japanese type)
1
Canned tomato
1 can
Curry powder
3 tablespoons
Garam masala
a small amount
Bay leaf
1
Salt, pepper
a small amount
Olive oil
as needed

Steps

1. Cook rice with slightly less water than normal. Please refer to (Recipe ID: 413000) for the saffron rice!!
2. Mince the vegetables.
3. Pour olive oil in a pot, turn on the heat, and fry the bay leaf.
4. Add garlic and vegetables, and stir-fry. Push to the side of the pot, and stir-fry the ground meat in the empty space. Sprinkle with salt.
5. Add curry powder and garam masala, then mix evenly.
6. Add the canned tomatoes and simmer for about 10 minutes.
7. When cooked, sprinkle on salt and pepper to adjust the flavour.
8. Serve it on rice and you're all done!

I love eating curry during the hot summer. I've been eating normal curry recently, but I wanted to try different one, so I made keema curry. This is my original recipe!
