Take the okara, cover with plastic wrap, and microwave for a few minutes so that it dries out. Take all the ingredients, other than what you will be using for your toppings, add to the okara in a bowl and knead.
Roll out the dough and then use a doughnut cookie cutter to cut the dough.
Fry on the lowest heat setting.
Top them with whatever you like.
These are topped with chocolate and crushed almonds.
