Seasoning cheese with coriander, whole pepper, lemon and olive oil makes all the difference! It's deliciously zesty.
I was experimenting with different ways of serving mozzarella cheese. I came up with this lemon and herb dressing and though it was delicious and perfect for the summer, so I posted it here.
Make sure you don't also scrape off the pith when zesting the lemon. This recipe works particularly well with mozzarella cheese. If you are using feta cheese, you probably don't need to add salt.
