Combine all of the ingredients in a bowl, mix well by folding together with a rubber spatula.
Shape the cookies into rounds that are roughly 3 cm in diameter, and 8 mm in thickness. Bake them for about 25 minutes at 180℃, then they're ready.

I created an easy macrobiotic snack with my favorite ingredient: finely shredded coconut.
When shaping the cookies, they will fall apart if you roll them around too much in your hands. If they fall apart, use your fingertips to gently shape them back together. You can substitute katakuriko for the cornstarch.
