Camembert Cheese Filled Fried Pork Rolls

These pork rolls are very hearty even though thinly sliced meat is used. The cheese is gooey and delicious!

Ingredients: 3 pieces

Thinly sliced pork
Camembert cheese
3 slices
Salt and pepper
to taste
The coating:
2 tablespoons
1/2 egg
3 tablespoons


1. Spread out the pork meat, and season with salt and pepper.
2. Roll up each piece of cheese in the meat. Make them as round as possible. Bread in flour, egg, and flour in that order.
3. Fry the rolls in oil. They are done once they turn golden brown. These taste good dipped in ketchup .
