Finished in 10 minutes! This easy uirō steamed cake is made in a microwave. A simple, delicious and chewy dessert that mainly uses flour.
I used to use rice flour when making uiro steamed cakes, but this time I put this easy variation.
It's extremely hot when freshly out of the microwave, so make sure to cool down before slicing.When doing so, damp the knife (as written in Step 3). It's easier to slice that way.
