Cabbage with Salt Sauce

You can easily eat a whole half of a cabbage with this recipe. You might not be able to stop eating it!

Ingredients: 4 servings

◎ Salt
1 teaspoon
●Garlic (grated)
1 clove
● Sesame oil
1 tablespoon
● Salt
1/2 teaspoon
● Umami seasoning
1/2 teaspoon
● Coarsely ground black pepper
To taste


1. Tear the cabbage into bite size and put it in a plastic bag(or a bowl) and sprinkle some salt and rub rub it into the cabbage. Leave the cabbage for a while till some water comes out of it.
2. Squeeze the cabbage from step 1 like when you make a rice ball, drain the water well from it and put it in a bowl (or a plastic bag).
3. Add all ● ingredients to it then it is ready. ※See how it taste and you decide how much salt you want to add to it.
