Refreshing Cabbage and Shiso with Mayonnaise and Miso

This combination is the best! Crunchy cabbage with refreshing shiso, tasty mayonnaise and miso! It's easy, and is done in 5 minutes.

Ingredients: 2 servings

Cabbage
1/6th
Shiso leaves
10 leaves
Mayonnaise
1 tablespoon
Miso
1/2 tablespoon
Sugar
a pinch
Sesame paste (or ground sesame)
1 teaspoon
White sesame seeds
to taste

Steps

1. Microwave the cabbage for 1-2 minutes to soften.
2. Finely julienne the cabbage and shiso.
3. Mix the mayonnaise, miso and sugar together. Squeeze out the moisture from the cabbage, and combine it with the seasonings, along with the shiso. Mix well to finish.
4. Top with sesame seeds if you'd like.
