To make this shiso juice, all you have to do is to boil it together with vinegar. Try it with red or green shiso. Dilute with water at a ratio of 1:5 to 1:10.
My mother taught me how to make this. I modified her recip to suit my taste.
When using green shiso leaves, I recommend light brown sugar.Since it's so tasty, it'll be consumed in no time.On hot days, store it in the refrigerator (refer to the top right photo).
