Spicy Stir-Fry with Pork and Shishito Peppers

I made this sweet and spicy using pork meat and shishito green peppers.
All you have to do is fry, it's so easy.
It goes great with rice .

Ingredients: 2 people

Pork meat (pork offcuts or thinly sliced)
200~250g
Shishito green peppers
15~20 (to preference)
☆Sake
2 tablespoons
☆Sugar
1 tablespoon
☆Soy sauce
3 tablespoons
☆Gochujang
1 tablespoon
☆Grated garlic
3cm
☆Sesame oil
1/2 teaspoon

Steps

1. Mix ☆ ingredients together.
2. Cut the stems of the Shishito green peppers short, and cut 1 cm notches around the edges in three places with a knife.
3. Cut the pork meat into easy-to-eat portions.
4. Coat a frying pan with cooking oil (not listed),and sauté the pork and shishito green peppers until cooked through.
5. Add ☆, sauté for about 1 minute, and it's done.
