The mousse hardens with chocolate without gelatin! It's smooth with heavy cream and without egg whites! This is an easy mousse recipe, which requires chocolate and heavy cream.

Ingredients: 2 cups

White chocolate
100 g
Heavy cream
100 g

Steps

1. Whip the heavy cream until it forms peaks.
2. Chop the chocolate and microwave to melt.
3. Add Step 2 chocolate to the Step 1 whipped cream, and fold in with a spatula.
4. Pour the mixture into molds or cups, chill to harden, then it's done.
5. Garnish with whipped heavy cream, chocolate or dragées (not listed), and enjoy.
