Heat sesame oil in a pan and fry the minced onion, leek, garlic, and ginger over low heat.
When the oil is nicely fragrant, add the ground pork, fry while and crumble it with a wooden spatula.
When the meat has cooked through and browned, mix in the ● sauce from Step 2. Continue frying and when the liquid has evaporated, you are done.
