If you have crispy tempura crumb leftovers, mix with some steaming hot rice. It's delightful.

Ingredients: 1

Plain cooked rice
1/2 rice bowl's worth (75 g)
Tempura crumbs
a pinch
Mentsuyu
1 teaspoon
Salt
1/2 teaspoon

Steps

1. Mix the mentsuyu with steaming hot cooked rice.
2. Coat your hands in salt, mix the tempura crumbs into the rice from Step 1, mold into a ball, then serve.
