Crispy and delicious parboiled bean sprouts! The sesame aroma whets the appetite.

Ingredients: 2 servings

Bean sprouts
1/2 packet
● Soy sauce
1 teaspoon
● Grated ginger
an amount about the size of your pinkie nail.
● Sugar
a pinch
● Sesame oil
1/4 teaspoon
Roasted sesame seeds
1/2 teaspoon

Steps

1. Combine all of the ● ingredients and mix in the roasted sesame seeds while crushing them with your fingers, releasing the aroma.
2. Parboil the bean sprouts, strain and add Step 1 and mix evenly.
3. Chill in the refrigerator and then serve.
