Cafe Style Stamina-don

You can eat both vegetables and meat at the same time with this Stamina-don. Easy cooking. Mix everything in a bowl well and eat!

Ingredients: 1 serving

Hot cooked white rice
1.5 small bowls
Thinly sliced pork
80 g
3 leaves
Red onion
Green onions or scallions
1 stalk
1 teaspoon
1 teaspoon
Soy sauce
2 teaspoons
To your liking
Vegetable oil
As needed


1. Slice the lettuce and red onion thinly and chop the scallion finely. Cut the pork into bite sizes.
2. Heat the vegetable oil and fry the pork over a medium heat.
3. After the pork is browned add sake, mirin and soy sauce. Fry and coat the pork with the sauce.
4. Put hot cooked rice in a bowl and spread the thinly sliced lettuce over.
5. After the sauce is reduced, place the pork on the lettuce and garnish with sliced red onion and scallion. Serve.
6. Put some mayonnaise on the side if you like. Mix everything well with a spoon and enjoy!
