2-Egg Microwaved Ripe Tomato and Cheese Omelette

You don't need a frying pan, just microwave! It's oil-free and low-calorie. There are few dirty dishes, so it's easy.

Ingredients: 1 serving

Eggs (medium)
Tomatoes (small)
2 (60g)
Sliced cheese
1 slice
◆Milk (1-2 teaspoons per 1 egg)
2-4 teaspoons
◆Salt and pepper
a small amount


1. Mix one egg and 1-2 teaspoons of milk, salt and pepper. Mix evenly!
2. Cut the tomatoes into 1cm cubes.
3. Spread plastic wrap on a heatproof dish (no need to wrap tightly). Pour the egg mixture on top of the wrap and microwave for 30 seconds at 600W.
4. After microwaving, the egg should be slightly soft set. Top with tomatoes and cheese, and pour over the egg mixture again as in Step 1.
5. Microwave for 1.5 to 2 minutes at 600W microwave. As shown, the egg is half-cooked and the cheese is melting.
6. Finally, cover with a plate, and turn it upside down. It's done.

8. I used big tomatoes this time. 58g!! I recommend using ripened tomatoes.
