Microwave Tomato Cheese Omelette Using Just One Egg

It's really easy! Just chop, mix and microwave!

Ingredients: 1 serving

Egg (medium)
Tomato (small)
1 (30 g)
Sliced cheese
1 to 2 teaspoons
Salt and pepper
a small amount


1. Mix the egg, milk, salt and pepper together.
2. Cut up the cherry tomato into 1 cm cubes.
3. Line a heatproof dish with plastic wrap (it doesn't have to be neat). Pour in the egg mixture, and top with the tomato and torn up cheese.
4. Microwave for one and a half minutes at 600W. The egg will start firming up from the edges. If the center is not soft set yet, microwave for a bit more.
5. Peel the plastic wrap off the plate, and flip the omelette over onto a serving plate. Serve with ketchup to taste.
