Rich & Thick Tonkotsu (Pork Bone) Style Ramen

Just heat! You can make authentic tasting tonkotsu (pork bone) style soup as quickly as if it were instant soup! In addition, this soup contains soy milk and is gentle and healthy for your body!

Ingredients: 2 to 3 servings

For the tonkotsu ramen soup:
Soy milk
500 ml
500 ml
a bit less than 1/2 teaspoon
Chinese chicken soup stock granules
2 1/2 teaspoons
Grated garlic
1 1/2 teaspoons
Oyster sauce
2 teaspoons
Soy sauce
2 teaspoons
2 tablespoons
2 tablespoons
to taste
Additional ingredients (to taste):
Ramen noodles (or cellophane noodles or shirataki noodles)
2 to 3 servings
Seasoned eggs (Recipe ID: 1487397)
2 to 3
Flavored wood ear mushrooms (Recipe ID: 1488301)

Char siu pork (Recipe ID: 1690148)
to taste
Thinly sliced green onion
to taste
Ground sesame seeds

1. Put all the soup ingredients in a pan, and heat until it's just about to boil. If it boils, the flavor will dissipate, so remember to keep an eye on it. The soup is done.
2. Put the cooked noodles in serving bowls and ladle the soup in. Garnish with toppings of your choice and it's done.
