Boil the pasta until al dente and then soak in ice water.
Grate the daikon radish.
Put the grated daikon radish, drained tuna, and honey into a pot. When it comes to a boil, stop the heat. Add in the curry roux and dissolve.
When the roux has dissolved completely, turn on the heat to low and let it simmer. Add the canned corn with the juices.
Add the mixed vegetables and mix everything together well. Stop the heat and place the pot in ice water to chill.
Top the pasta with heaps of the sauce from Step 5 and it's done Optionally, sprinkle with some roasted almonds to increase the fragrance and your appetite.
Story Behind this Recipe
I really wanted to make apple and honey curry but all I had on hand was daikon radish. But using the daikon radish went surprisingly well!!
The curry I used was Kokumaru brand medium-spicy type. The flavor of this dish will probably change slightly based on the type of curry you use. But anyway, medium-spicy has just the right amount of sweetness.
