Yogurt Sorbet for the Summertime

I look forward to eating this after taking a bath every day during the summer.

Ingredients: 5 servings

1 pack (450 g)
Condensed milk
5 tablespoons
1 tablespoon
Lemon juice
1 tablespoon


1. In a shallow metal container, thoroughly mix all the ingredients, then freeze. When the mixture has become firm, mix it with a fork. Repeat 3-4 times.
2. There's no need to overthink this - you can just eyeball the amounts and it'll still taste great. It feels more like sorbet or gelato rather than a granita.
